Flashback to the artsy French Riviera of the 1950s

In 2021, La Réserve Ramatuelle has undergone a major makeover by means of a new decorative concept in harmony with its modernist 1950s architecture.

In doing so, Michel Reybier, founder of Michel Reybier Hospitality, sought to pay tribute to the arty chic spirit of the French Riviera in an era when it was a magnet for artists.

In awarding a second star to the restaurant La Voile in 2020, the Michelin Guide is rewarding the passion and rigorous discipline of Eric Canino, who has consistently displayed virtuoso skills in interpreting Southern flavors since the opening of La Réserve Ramatuelle.

Profoundly attached to a well-balanced diet, he has always made a bold gamble on top-flight and resolutely light gourmet cuisine. Drawing upon the abundant treasures of an inherently generous terroir, he applies his talent to rejuvenating a classic Provencal repertoire based on high-quality, superlative fresh produce.
